About me

Hi, my name is Wioleta Kapusta.

I am a founder of American Dream Live and The CEO of Your Life Communities loving passionate, connected leader and mother who is determined to help especially women find and serve their life purpose.

Since starting my first business with my mom as a teen, I’ve learned a lot about goals, success, independence, and leadership. Following my migration from native Poland to the USA, I immediately began working and studying.

My journey took me from community college all the way through the MBA. At first I wanted to work for the big corporations. Soon discovered that real estate is my passion and  when I became a parent for the first time, my focus shifted to my family and flexibility of being entrepreneur was more appealing to me. It took me years to discover that  juggling the roles of mother, wife, and businesswoman became a challenge.

This led me to more soul searching to get to know Wioleta and to find my HOME so I can create better one for my family and extend it to my friends and clients with the support of amazing individuals to hire them as my coaches and mentors who I found in my network and online groups. Since then I wanted to be one of those who help. My mission is to inspire you to transform your life, create deeper connection with yourself and others and to support you in doing so.
